The bodice is made of a shiny silver knit fabric with stretch. There is a decorative clear vinyl piece that is attached at the waist and points upwards toward the bodice, secured in a couple places with a stitch. The bottom has a green lining and a shiny sheer overskirt with clear vinyl trim at the bottom hem. There is a waistband with ties and a silver flower at the middle, separate from the rest of the dress. The center back has an exposed zipper and two darts. The edge has a rolled hem.
